#1 Duncanville escapes #5 Richardson Pearce 70-68 to remains undefeated in District play! 5-stars Ra

Two Top 5 teams clashed Tuesday night as #1 Duncanville hosted #5 Richardson Pearce in a battle for 1st place in District that went down to the wire! Duncanville got the huge win 70-68 led by Texas Tech signee Jahmius Ramsey who finished with 23pts 4ast 7rebs. The Panthers also got solid production from Junior guard Derek Luna whose clutch shooting and playmaking was key down the stretch. Luna finished with 14pts 4ast and Junior F Micah Peavy also with 14pts.

Pearce was led by 5-star big/Gonzaga signee Drew Timme who finished with a game high 28pts 10rebs (missed a game tying FT at the end of regulation). Senior Guard Chozen Amadi scored 14pts and Senior Braeson Richardson with 13pts.

Duncanville moves to 4-0 and sole possession of 1st place in District 8-6A.

Pearce moves to 3-1 and 2nd place in District 8-6A.
