Heads Up! is a small non-profit that runs one of the top youth development programs in Dallas/Ft Worth. We serve thousands of young people and their families through our mentoring and sports programs on a 'shoe-string' budget and have costs like any other top organization: we take no government funds. We survive on the generosity of others with donations averaging about $15. Now is the time we ask. If everyone reading this gave $5, our quarterly fundraising would be done within an hour.
Heads Up! is something special. We are a village of support for thousands of kids in our communities. We are a place of refuge, a place where youth can all go to learn life and sports skills. As parents, concerned citizens, and community leaders, we make the difference in saving our youth from the dangers that may await them! Over the years, Heads Up! has initiated programs within our communities designed to enhance the social, academic, and cultural development of young people through education and sports while providing various types of assistance to children and their families. These programs provide a great start to uplifting youth in our communities, but we can't do it alone.
